Designing the BeCorcoran 2025 Experience: A Look Inside the Scottsdale Conference Branding
A Recap of the Exciting Event in Scottsdale, Arizona
The Corcoran® biannual brand conference, BeCorcoran was held at the beautiful, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona, from April 7 to 9, 2025. This event brought together real estate professionals from across the Corcoran brand network to learn about the company’s vision for the future and to connect with each other.
The Goal of BeCorcoran
BeCorcoran is a networking event for Corcoran’s real estate professionals in the United States and beyond. The experience is described as a state of mind and a call to action. It’s a place to celebrate the Corcoran brand, reflect on its business, and exchange bright ideas that will propel the Corcoran-affiliated network forward as real estate professionals.
My Role as a Lead Designer
I was one of the lead designers for the BeCorcoran 2025 brand conference. My team and I were responsible for creating the creative direction for the event, as well as producing a number of assets, including wayfinding, digital hubs and website, and merchandise.

Creative Direction
The creative direction for the BeCorcoran 2025 brand conference was inspired by Scottsdale and many of the regional elements like cactus, flowers, desert, and etc. We wanted to create an event that was both modern and sophisticated. We also wanted to create an event that was fun and engaging.
Wayfinding
We created a number of wayfinding elements for the BeCorcoran 2025 brand conference. These elements included signs, maps, and banners. The wayfinding elements were designed to help attendees navigate the event space.
Digital Hubs and Website
We also created a number of digital hubs and a website for the BeCorcoran 2025 brand conference. These digital hubs and the website provided attendees with information about the event, as well as access to a number of resources.
Merchandise
We also designed a number of merchandise items for the BeCorcoran 2025 brand conference. These merchandise items included bags, stickers, and water bottles. The merchandise items were designed to help attendees remember the event.
Highlights of the Conference
The BeCorcoran 2025 brand conference was a huge success. The event was attended by real estate professionals from across the Corcoran brand network. The conference featured open remarks by Pamela Liebman, CEO of Corcoran, and a number of keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and networking events.
